Refund policy

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all cosmetic products and hair accessories are final sale.
Once these items have been shipped, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

For all other eligible merchandise, any request for a return or refund must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund that does not meet these requirements.
